Sadly, I am a little too excited for Toy Story 3 to come out in 2010. It was one of my favorite movies as a kid... so I have to see it! This is Buzz during the Tokyo Disneyland Parade.
Stefan's pup...continues to be my most viewed, and I didn't even take it! go figure... 64 views as of 3/26/05...and 11 comments...also the most commented...
A few years ago I bought a large Buzz Lightyear action figure from a charity shop and I took him to work with me for the many children who visit to play with.
One day a family with five kids came in and the children ransacked my box of toys and played happily until it was time for them to leave.
When I was showing them out I reclaimed the toys from each of their small hands.
Sadly I didn't think to frisk their father and as soon as I went back into my office I saw that Buzz was gone.
I was devastated and gobsmacked in equal measure. Devastated for the loss of Buzz and gobsmacked for the example that father was setting to his children.
Last week Laura bought me a new Buzz.
Happy days.

This is a truck that was used as a float for the 2023 Montclair Independence Day parade and, in addition to publicizing the New Jersey roots of astronauts Mark and Scott Kelly from neighboring West Orange, it promoted the fact aht the second man to walk on the moon grew up in Montclair.
But his name is Buzz Aldrin. Not Buzz "Alderon."
Alderon? Isn't that the planet that was totally blown away in the original Star Wars movie?
Well, at least Montclair has a real hero to celebrate. All my hometown has to celebrate are a convicted Watergate felon and the Supreme Court justice that gleefully wrote the opinion overturning Roe v. Wade.
Me dressed up as Buzz Light Year. Not sure why I have my eyes closed, or why I don't have my wings up.
