A close up view of the female buzzing spider, Anyphaena accentuata, and her unusually furry appearance. She is also very well camouflaged against the dead reeds.

My goal this week was to take Buzz somewhere other than his own house and back yard :) I admire photos others have taken in which the dog is in the foreground and a lovely landscape is in the background. This only partially achieved what I wanted and I have a couple of other that I like better compositionally, but I like Buzz's stance and expression in this one. I usually remove his collar but since we were in a public area I didn't feel comfortable doing so for this shot. I should have moved the tag to the front though :) At least he is a good boy and I am comfortable removing his leash - he's too big of a chicken to go anywhere.
