One of two frames of buttons I have up on the wall. Most of them came from my Grandmother and my mother-in-law.
Cute square yellow button earings on antique copper findings to put a bit of summer swing into your wardrobe. It's always handy to have a couple of buttons around the house for practicality but how about for fun.
I made this button necklace using paper from my Kenner Road kits, clear acrylic buttons from archivers and Vintage seam binding ribbon from FairyDavis' Etsy shop.
My necklace was voted the best and I am now the August Guest Designer for Vintage Plum!

Meine Frau ist für unsere Nichten wieder "fündig" geworden: Für die Große einen sehr mädchenhaften Trägerrock, darunter eine weiße Rüschenbluse mit einem großen, hohen Kragen, der immer geschlossen zu tragen ist, da eine Schleife über dem obersten Kragenknopf befestigt werden muss - eben deshalb gefiel es meiner Frau so gut. Hanna wird davon weniger begeistert sein, demnächst ein weiteres Kleidungsstück zu haben, dass nur hochgeschlossen getragen werden kann. Genauso wird es Franzi gehen: Für sie hat meine Frau eine Bluse mit Stehkragen entdeckt, die im Rücken geknöpft wird, so dass Franzi zwangsweise den ganzen Tag den Kragen fest zugeknöpft tragen wird müssen.
haha, my school went on a field trip to the Saudi Arabia Embassy,
I had a really cute shirt on underneath, but it was too loose, so I just buttoned up my sweater because I felt the need to dress super conservative in the Embassy.
I was mad I couldn't bring my camera in their because they needed volunteers to try on the typical outfits worn by women fro Saudi Arabia, so me Gabby and Isaiah got to wear them. Afterwards we were told the dresses were worth $20,000 because of the silk used and they were given to the embassy from one of the princesses.
The field trip was really short it only lasted about two hours than I took the metro to my internship and it was fun as usual their, which is where i took this picture.
