You also get a nice view of my back passage in this shot.
My butt is pretty empty at the moment - it should fill up as the weather turns though.
Think about it: if a smoker does not care what he/she is doing to his/her internal environment (I mean, enough to stop), why should he/she give a second thought to the EXTERNAL environment? There's a ready answer for that: they should care because the rest of us have to look at it!
The hills around the North Platte River at Bessemer Bend are known as the "Red Buttes." Here, they are pictured in their autumn auburn and yellow colors, with the gold and green foliage of the river trees below. BLM photo by Bob Wick.

BIO:
I am a full time traveler, camping my way around the American southwest. This stream represents part of my chronicle, my record, my connection to friends and family. I also post on YouTube and, less frequently, on Facebook. Some of the postings are of the build-out of my converted [to an RV of sorts] cargo trailer, some are of the places I've visited in my two years on the road [as of this post], some are mere musings or disjointed banter about this lifestyle and my experiences since launching into it. I hope you find the work I've posted here [and elsewhere if you so choose] worth seeing!
Peace! :)

I took my camera to the dog park yesterday and played with my "new" lens a bit. The sun was bright in the sky, the snow was reflective and my focus was slow... so my results weren't all I'd hoped, but I do like this pair of four leggers... even if its not a technically perfect image.

This is about all that remains of the single track line known as the Butts Branch, which was authorised in 1859. This descended from the north (Pitchcroft) side of the viaduct down to river level and curved north to a headshunt junction between the river and racecourse. The line reversed here and travelled south through a gap in the Bridge Street road bridge and terminated approximately 200 yards further along the river front.
The original aim of this line had been to access the Diglis area, where it was intended to interchange goods with the canal, but this section was never built due to opposition from the Church authorities not wanting the track to pass in front of Worcester Cathedral. So it ended just past what is today Brown's Restaurant.
