Bunga

Ixora is a genus from the family Rubiaceae, consisting of tropical evergreens and shrubs. Though native to tropical areas in Asia, especially India, ixora now grows commonly in tropical climates in the USA, such as Florida. Ixora is also commonly known as West Indian Jasmine.

♥Asal Usul Bunga Raya♥

Bunga raya, juga dikenali sebagai bunga sepatu dan kembang sepatu[1] (Hibiscus rosasinensis) ialah sejenis tumbuhan berbunga sepanjang tahun dalam genus Hibiscus yang sering ditanam sebagai pokok hiasan.

Bunga raya ialah bunga kebangsaan Malaysia. Selepas mencapai kemerdekaan, Kementerian Pertanian telah diarah untuk mencadangkan bunga yang sesuai untuk dipilih sebagai bunga kebangsaan. Pada akhir pada tahun 1958, Kementerian Pertanian telah mencadangkan tujuh jenis bunga untuk dipilih sebagai Bunga Kebangsaan Persekutuan Tanah Melayu, iaitu Bunga Kenanga, Bunga Raya, Bunga Melur, Bunga Teratai, Bunga Mawar, Bunga Cempaka dan Bunga Tanjung. Selepas perbincangan pada 28 Julai 1960, Bunga Raya telah diisytiharkan sebagai Bunga Kebangsaan Persekutuan Tanah Melayu. Apabila Tanah Melayu bergabung dengan Singapura, Sabah dan Sarawak untuk menubuhkan Malaysia, Bunga Raya terus diguna sebagai Bunga Kebangsaan.

Maps. You've got to love them. They can come in very useful. Although I doubt this map will be guiding anyone anywhere again. Destiny has something entirely different in store for this particular map. She's become art.

Who hasn't heard about those infamous Bunga Bunga parties hosted by Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi? Well I have and i have to say they sound like they would certainly be pretty interesting to say the least. What quite goes on at a Bunga Bunga party i hear you say and it's still a hot topic of conversation but one meaning is "an orgy involving a powerful leader"; it was allegedly taught to Silvio Berlusconi by Muammar al-gaddafi. Now you can see why i say pretty interesting.

This girl looks like she's ready to go and hot to trot, Bunga Bunga indeed! The map she is painted on is of course Italy,well it just had to be didn't it?
