Built in 1874 and one of Timaru's few remaining bluestone buildings. Registered as a Category 1 Historic Place with the New Zealand Historic Places Trust.
Note the date of the building - 1874. This is only 20-odd years after the very first buildings went up in Timaru after the Rhodes brothers founded the nearby Levels run in 1851.

Grafton, Iowa is a small community located to the northeast of Mason City in southeastern Worth County.
Built in 1939, this post office is a contributing property to the Warrenton Downtown Historic District, which was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002. It originally housed a 1940, New Deal, oil-on-canvas mural by artist Arnold Friedman, titled "Environs of Warrentown." That mural was at one point on display in the Augusta Museum of History, but has since been relocated by the Smithsonian to Washington, D.C.
Warrenton, Georgia is a small town located to the south of Interstate 20 in the eastern part of the state, west of Augusta. It serves as the seat of Warren County.

Now located at Cobham Hall RNAS Yeovilton.

Shanghai is the most populous city in both China and Asia as well as the most populous city proper in the world (though the latter two claims are at times disputed with Tokyo and Seoul). It is the second most populous of the four direct-controlled municipalities in mainland China, with a population of more than 24 million as of 2014. It is a global financial center, and a transport hub with the world's busiest container port. Located in the Yangtze River Delta in East China, Shanghai sits on the south edge of the mouth of the Yangtze in the middle portion of the Chinese coast. The municipality borders the provinces of Jiangsu and Zhejiang to the north, south and west, and is bounded to the east by the East China Sea.
For centuries a major administrative, shipping, and trading town, Shanghai grew in importance in the 19th century due to European recognition of its favorable port location and economic potential. The city was one of five forced open to foreign trade following the British victory over China in the First Opium War while the subsequent 1842 Treaty of Nanking and 1844 Treaty of Whampoa allowed the establishment of the Shanghai International Settlement and the French Concession. The city then flourished as a center of commerce between east and west, and became the undisputed financial hub of the Asia-Pacific region in the 1930s. However, with the Communist Party takeover of the mainland in 1949, trade was limited to socialist countries, and the city's global influence declined. In the 1990s, the economic reforms introduced by Deng Xiaoping resulted in an intense re-development of the city, aiding the return of finance and foreign investment to the city.
Shanghai is a popular tourist destination renowned for its historical landmarks such as The Bund, City God Temple, Yu Garden, the extensive Lujiazui skyline, many skyscrapers, and major museums including the Shanghai Museum and the China Art Museum. It has been described as the "showpiece" of the booming economy of mainland China.

The Winter Palace is a new exhibition at the Belvedere in Vienna's city center

Bemis was a town built for the Bemis Company just south of Jackson, TN. It is now within the Jackson city limits but still has its own post office and zip code.
wishing i had a funky wooden trolley like the ones i see at flea markets and in homey deco mags, i finally decided to make one for the kitchen corner where i ripped out my old cabinetry. We had some rough,weathered wood stashed outside that was just the right stuff for trolleymaking and Home Depot had the wheelies, so the shelf kind of built itself. Now i have a spot for pots.
Built By Stephenson this was the first engine to pull a train of passengers on the Stockton to Darlington Railway on 27 September 1825. No. 577 Mary was built by Hudswell Clarke in 1932 at the same time as another Middleton locomotive, John Alcock, was being built by the Hunslet Engine Co. literally at the other side of the road. The locomotive went to the Severn Valley Railway from Beswick's Limeworks, Hindlow, Derbyshire. It was later purchased by a Middleton member and transported to the Middleton Railway in 1980.
The locomotive is currently powered by a Gardner Diesel engine. Its original Mirrlees, Bickerton & Day engine is now sectioned and housed in the Manchester Museum of Science & Technology.
