Everybody loves bubbles!

My first attempt at soap bubble photography - I have a lot to learn - such as beware of reflections! I had my whole kitchen in some images. All things considered I don't think I did too bad, did I?

this golden gate bridge moment was inspired from a recent dream

Vanochtend had het een beetje gevroren en gehageld. Nadat de zon opgekomen was, verdween langzaam de vorst en bleven er nog druppels in het gras. Met de trioplan lens dit bubbelfeestje kunnen fotograferen.

This morning it had frozen and hailed a bit. After the sun had risen, the frost slowly disappeared and there were still drops in the grass. With the trioplan lens I was able to photograph this bubble party.

One of my players brought bubbles to the field today and the kids ran around popping them. It turned out o be a great way to warm up before our soccer match. One bubble caught a nice breeze and as I focused it started heading toward the sun. I was lucky enough to snap a shot before one of the kids popped it or stepped on my stomach. We'll do bubble warm-ups again the team loved it. Taken for our daily challenge - shooting on your back

The **Bubble Nebula** (NGC 7635) is a striking emission nebula located about **7,100 light-years away** in the constellation **Cassiopeia**. It gets its name from the large, bubble-like structure formed by the powerful stellar wind from a massive, hot **O-type star** at its center. This wind pushes surrounding gas outward, creating a glowing shell of ionized hydrogen. The nebula spans roughly **7 light-years across** and is illuminated by the intense radiation from the central star, making it a beautiful and dynamic example of the interaction between stars and the interstellar medium.

When lakes and ponds freeze over, gasses get trapped as they rise to the surface, resulting in ice-encased bubbles. Larger bubbles tend to form at greater depths where the growth of the ice’s thickness slows down and gasses have more time to pool beneath the frozen surface.

Ahh!!! The simple joys of childhood. Wish they had these bubble guns when I was growing up. Oh well, atleast I have one now...haha.

BTW...this dude is my most difficult model to shoot, he just doesn't co-operate. And funnily enough...he demands the highest standards as a photographer from me. Not fair :))

The VERY FIRST bubble shot I tried. It is kind of cool as the trees reflect in the many bubble surfaces and the pink bits are partly the "oil on water" effect bubbles always have normally but also , maybe the pink and red flowers growing near the bowl.
