The Parademons are a race of alien shocktroopers commanded by Darkseid. An artificially enhanced pseudo-race devoted to Darkseid, Parademons serve as both labor as well as an elite guard for the planet of Apokolips. Created and trained by DeSaad - often by torturing and reconditioning captured victims - Parademons typically act in Legions with strength in numbers, and they are often accompanied by gigantic dogs called Hounds.
In the comic Salvation Run, Parademons are dispatched by Desaad to attack the villains that were dumped onto their training camp. They killed Hyena, Brutale, General Immortus, and Solomon Grundy, the last of whom turned up alive in later comic issues. Most of them were killed when Lex Luthor self-destructed the teleportation device. One joined the Secret Six during Villains United.
Parademons are a sentient, genetically modified species created when altering other species with the Mother Boxes. Although subservient to the overlord Darkseid, they are actively employed by his generals.
They were notably employed by a younger Darkseid during his attempted planetary invasion of Earth, and later again by Steppenwolf in his battle against the Justice League.
Creation
Parademons are created by the tried and true process of deconstructing and repurposing genetic material from dead and captured enemies of Apokolips with the Mother Boxes. Newly created Parademons are then processed, trained, and enhanced to serve Darkseid.
Invasion of Earth
Parademons were used as Darkseid's army when the New God first attempted to conquer Earth. During this invasion, countless hordes of Parademons emerged from the Apokoliptian dropships, requiring the combined might of the Amazons, Atlanteans, and armies of Mankind to match their numbers and manage to fight them back. With the assistance of the Old Gods and Yalan Gur, the Parademons were defeated along with Darkseid and were forced to retreat.
Preparing for war
Sometime after Bruce's vision of an alternate future, he confided in his friend and guardian Alfred Pennyworth, about the creatures he'd seen within these nightmares. Alfred then went to work on creating a simulation system that would allow users to simulate stepping into the shoes of the potential team members that Bruce was looking to recruit to fight in this war against these creatures. As Bruce set about making use of the system, Alfred professed that he'd encountered trouble in creating an accurate simulation of the creatures and how they would react when challenged in combat.
War for Earth
After the death of Superman at the hands of Doomsday , one of the Mother Boxes awoke and called to Steppenwolf, with many Parademons assisting Steppenwolf when he arrived at Themyscira to retrieve from the Amazons their heavily guarded Mother Box. After the New God retrieved the second Mother Box from Atlantis, the Parademons began kidnapping certain workers from S.T.A.R. Labs to learn of the last Mother Box of three's location.
At this point, a team of heroes intervened, saving the hostages and defeating several Parademons in the process. Steppenwolf built a hive inside a decommissioned nuclear silo in northern Russia, where his Parademons stayed relatively hidden, not attracting much attention from the world until the Unity could be started. Once the Unity process began, the heroes arrived to stop it, being initially overwhelmed by the Parademons' great numbers. Eventually, the League, with the help of the now recovered Superman, were able to stop the Unity and slay Steppenwolf, with all remaining Parademons presumably being dispatched along with their master.
Insurgency nightmare
In a nightmarish vision of an alternate future shown to Batman as a warning from a version of the Flash from that future, parademons invaded Earth, having seemingly allied themselves with a ruthless and tyrannical version of Superman and his Regime Stormtroopers. Several parademons began taking much of the last remaining Insurgency members away to a place unknown. One parademon managed to knock out Batman after the latter had successfully killed a Regime trooper, taking out the Dark Knight in a single strike.
Characteristics
Parademons lack personality and individuality while possessing an instinctive combat ability upon creation. They are loyal soldiers to their New Gods masters, especially Darkseid, as they operate proudly under his banner, as seen when Steppenwolf commands an army of them in his attempted terraformation of Earth, and during his second attempt. During Bruce Wayne's vision of an apocalyptic future, parademons were loyal also to the tyrannical Superman.
Parademons also have improved physical abilities, since they are seen carrying people with ease and have been shown to be capable of overpowering Atlanteans even underwater, where they are said to be at their strongest, and dragging them to the surface, and a single parademon was able to knock down Wonder Woman after she had previously been hit by Steppenwolf, though she had been caught off guard at the time. They also possess other skills such as superhuman agility and speed. They also have two wings that allow them to fly at high speeds.
Parademons also possess innate abilities for hand-to-hand combat and the handling of different weapons. However, they aren't actually capable of standing up to immensely skilled and strong beings, as not only was Aquaman shown able to defeat hordes of them effortlessly, but even Batman, who was only at the highest level of human physical prowess, was able to dispatch scores of Parademons with the Batmobile's weaponry and even go head to head against them with martial arts and his equipment and come out as the victor. Well over 5000 years ago, parademons, while formidable foes nonetheless, were noticeably weaker than those of the current age, as many were defeated by the hands of ordinary humans, who were physically inferior to Amazons and Atlantians, using rudimentary weaponry, suggesting that the process of creating parademons has been changed and improved upon.
Some parademons posses the unique trait of extending an extra pair of insect-like pincers from their abdomen, used to pierce their targets, along with two sets of wings they use when flying, and have slimmer arms and legs. These parademons are considerable larger and seem to have a different head shape compared to normal parademon troopers. They are seen during the Knightmare and are present in Steppenwolf's base.
Equipment
Apokoliptian weaponry: During the first invasion of Earth, parademons were armed with glowing axes. During Steppenwolf's mission to acquire the Mother Boxes, his troops were equipped with much more advanced weapons, energy rifles. Their rifles fire a form of red-colored, plasma-like energy, bearing remarkable similarities to the function of Kryptonian Plasma Carbines. The weapon is lethal when fired upon vital spots or unprotected humans, though the Flash was able to survive an incapacitating round to the leg, and Batman had to make great effort to avoid the weapon's blasts.
Apokoliptian plasma turret: The parademons also use powerful plasma turrets, these turrets emit powerful plasma bursts.
Parademon armor: Parademons wear an organic, chitinous body armor that protects them from conventional weapons, resulting in Batman needing to upgrade his Batmobile's arsenal and utilize high-powered explosives to cause damage. This armor, however, is not strong enough to protect against extremely powerful weapons like Wonder Woman's sword or Aquaman's trident, nor can it withstand great impacting forces, as the Flash was able to kill a parademon by pushing it at super-speed.

With the introduction of the "Nuremberg Laws" on 20 May 1938 in Austria and especially by the "Regulation on the restructuring of the Austrian Civil Service of 31 May 1938", which now also 'legally' legitimized the expulsion of the officers of Jewish origin, threatened now in a third wave of expulsion also the by NS Terminology as "half-breeds" and "related by interracial marriages to Jews" identified the exclusion from the Orchestra. The State Theatre Management (SThv) attempted further loss of
(artistic) personnel by means of a derogation, the so-called, Belassungsanträgen (maintenance of employment relationship), to prevent. The legal way spotted the SThv in § 3, paragraph 3 of Civil Service Regulation of 31 May 1938 whereby employees and workers "with the approval of the deputy of the Führer (whereby nobody else as Hitler is meant) or the by him designated department by way of exception can be left in the service". The individual directorates were asked to bring forward motions (Belassungsanträge). The State Opera Director presented with the support of prominent conductor Wilhelm Furtwängler for the time being with nine orchestra musicians a request for "special permit". Expressly excluded from this privilege of a "special permit" were the in the spirit of Nazi racial ideology racially interrelated 'versippten' musicians Leopold Föderl and Arthur Schurig.
Although the from the board of directors removed Philharmonic Hugo Burghauser was taken into account on the list of "special permits", he but preferred out of political reasons to flee into exile. Burghauser's wife, the renowned choreographer, ballet master and director Margarethe Wallmann, who had Jewish roots, was by this time already in Buenos Aires. Equally, fled the native of Argentina concertmaster and soloist Ricardo Odnoposoff in the fall of 1938 first to Brussels and finally - after the war broke out in 1939 - to Buenos Aires, since he his "pedigree conditions" (Abstammungsverhältnisse) could not prove satisfactorily.
Persecution, deportation and murder of Philharmonics
1938 thirteen active musicians were expelled from the Philharmonic Association respectively from the State Opera Orchestra. Three other Philharmoniker who had already been in retirement, fell victim to the Holocaust. A total of seven Philharmonics could not save themselves in time into exile, five of them - Moriz Glattauer, Viktor Robitsek, Max Starkmann, Julius Stwertka and Armin Tyroler - were deported and killed in concentration camps.
Two more Philharmonics died under tragic circumstances still in Vienna: The Philharmonic Anton Weiss died on December 1, 1940 - as a result of eviction from his apartment due do apoplexy. The violinist Paul Fischer died on November 4, 1942 - after dismissal, violent eviction and forced relocation, financial hardship, illness, miserable living conditions, etc. - by the age of 66 years in the Jewish hospital in the second district of Vienna.
The difficult living conditions in Vienna for the from the orchestral association expelled Philharmonics until the escape into exile or until the murderous deportation to concentration camps were characterized by large-scale waves of arrests from March 1938, pogrom-like excesses against Jews (male and female ones), brutal dispossessions, forced resettlements into Jewish neighborhoods, lootings and intimidations of any kind.

Mai 1938“, welche nun auch ‚rechtlich‘ die Vertreibung der BeamtInnen jüdischer Herkunft legitimierte, drohte nun in einer dritten Vertreibungswelle auch den nach NSTerminologie
als „Mischlinge“ und „jüdisch Versippte“ Bezeichneten der Ausschluss aus dem
Orchester. Die Staatstheaterverwaltung (SThV) versuchte den weiteren Verlust an
(künstlerischem) Personal mittels einer Ausnahmeregelung, den sogenannten
‚Belassungsanträgen‘, zu verhindern. Die rechtliche Möglichkeit ortete die SThV im § 3, Absatz 3 der Beamtenverordnung vom 31. Mai 1938, wonach Angestellte und Arbeiter „ausnahmsweise mit Zustimmung des Stellvertreters des Führers oder der von ihm bestimmten Stelle im Dienste belassen werden können“. Die einzelnen Direktionen wurden aufgefordert, Belassungsanträge zu stellen. Die Staatsoperndirektion stellte mit Unterstützung des prominenten Dirigenten Wilhelm Furtwängler vorerst bei neun Orchestermusikern einen Antrag auf „Sondergenehmigung“. Ausdrücklich von diesem Privileg einer
„Sondergenehmigung“ ausgeschlossen wurden die im Sinne der NS-Rassenideologie ‚versippten‘ Musiker Leopold Föderl und Arthur Schurig.
Der seines Vorstandspostens enthobene Philharmoniker Hugo Burghauser wurde zwar auf der Liste der „Sondergenehmigungen“ berücksichtigt, zog jedoch aus politischen Gründen die Flucht ins Exil vor. Burghausers Ehefrau, die renommierte Choreographin, Ballettmeisterin und Regisseurin Margarethe Wallmann, die jüdische Wurzeln hatte, befand sich zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits in Buenos Aires.
Ebenso flüchtete der aus Argentinien stammende Konzertmeister und Solist Ricardo Odnoposoff im Herbst 1938 zuerst nach Brüssel und schließlich - nach Kriegsausbruch 1939 - nach Buenos Aires, nachdem er seine
„Abstammungsverhältnisse“ nicht zufriedenstellend nachweisen konnte.
Verfolgung, Deportation und Ermordung von Philharmonikern
Aus dem Philharmonischen Verband bzw. aus dem Orchester der Staatsoper wurden 1938 dreizehn aktive Musiker vertrieben. Drei weitere Philharmoniker, die bereits in der Pension waren, fielen dem Holocaust zum Opfer. Insgesamt sieben Philharmoniker konnten sich nicht mehr rechtzeitig ins Exil retten, fünf von ihnen – Moriz Glattauer, Viktor Robitsek, Max Starkmann, Julius Stwertka und Armin Tyroler – wurden deportiert und im KZ ermordet.
Zwei weitere Philharmoniker starben unter dramatischen Umständen noch in Wien: Der Philharmoniker Anton Weiss starb am 1.12. 1940 - infolge der Delogierung aus seiner Wohnung an einem Schlaganfall. Der Geiger Paul Fischer verstarb am 4.11.1942 – nach Entlassung, gewaltvoller Delogierung und Zwangsumsiedelung, finanzieller Not, Krankheit, miserabler Wohnbedingungen, etc. – 66jährig im jüdischen Krankenhaus im zweiten Wiener Gemeindebezirk.
Die schwierigen Lebensbedingungen in Wien für die aus dem Orchesterverband vertriebenen Philharmoniker bis zur Flucht ins Exil oder bis zur mörderischen Deportation in die Konzentrationslager waren gekennzeichnet durch großangelegte Verhaftungswellen ab dem März 1938, pogromartige Ausschreitungen gegen Juden und Jüdinnen, brutale Enteignungen, Zwangsumsiedelungen in jüdische Wohngebiete, Plünderungen und
Einschüchterungen aller Art.

Stamattina io ho pianto pensando ai monaci uccisi in Birmania,ho pianto perché io sono libero.
Forse sarà poco ma io credo che possiamo dare una voce creare una catena di persone che si danno la mano ,che và aldilà delle differenze di credo religioso e politico aldilà dei confini e delle idee.
(ANSA) - YANGON, 26 SET - Sono salite a quattro, tra cui tre monaci buddisti, le vittime della repressione, da parte delle forze dell'ordine a yangon. Secondo responsabili birmani e alcuni testimoni, un altro centinaio di persone, tra cui 50 religiosi, sono rimasti feriti. Una fonte ospedaliera riferisce di un civile ucciso e tre feriti da colpi d'arma da fuoco. Secondo due alti responsabili birmani almeno tre bonzi sono stati uccisi in due incidenti separati.

Grossdemonstration anlässlich der Ermordung von Karl Liebknecht und Rosa Luxenburg durch rechtsradikale Freikorps vor 93 Jahren.Die Demo verlief friedlich,bis einige angebliche Kommunisten,die sich als Stalinisten entpuppten und dann wie Faschisten agierten einige vermeintliche Antideutsche erblickten und diese mit Fahnenstangen und Fäusten angriffen.Dieselbe Gruppe wurde dann auf dem Friedhof der Sozialisten wie jedes jahr des "Gedenksteins für die Opfer das Satinismus" gewahr und auch dort wurden dann vermeintliche Gegner angegriffen,Journalisten attackiert und deren Equipment wurde versucht zu zerstören.Dabei wurde wieder einmal deutlich,das die welche Stalin verehren einfahc nur einen an der Scheibe haben.Stalin wird massenhafter Morg vorgeworfen und anstatt mit Worten dagegen zu argumentieren,werden andere Menschen angegriffen und aufs schwerste verletzt.Das ist doch wohl mal Stalinismus wie man ihn sich vorstellt.Einfach nur faschistisch.Dem grossen Führer Stalin folgen und für ihn sogar gewalttätig werden und jeden vermeintlichen Gegner mit allen Mitteln angreifen.Das ist einfach das allerletzte.Das sind keine Kommunisten und haben auf einer Gedenkdemonstration für ermordete Kommunisten garnichts zu suchen.Bilder unterliegen dem Copyright.Für Recherche etc wie immer für Umme.Kurze Mail genügt.
Heute denke ich an ein kleines Kind, das auf tragische und brutale Weise sein Leben verloren hat. Ein Leben, das gerade erst begonnen hatte, wurde ausgelöscht – und damit eine Welt voller Träume, Lachen und Hoffnung.
Als ich dieses Bild meines Sohnes anschaue, der selbst einmal zwei Jahre alt war, bricht mir der Gedanke das Herz, wie zerbrechlich das Leben ist und wie grausam die Welt manchmal sein kann. Meine Gedanken und mein tiefstes Mitgefühl sind bei der Familie, die unermessliches Leid erfahren muss. Kein Elternteil sollte je so einen Verlust erleben müssen.
Das Entsetzen und die Trauer, die ich empfinde, lassen sich kaum in Worte fassen. Möge dieses unschuldige Kind nie vergessen werden. ️

Today, my thoughts are with a little child who tragically and brutally lost their life. A life that had only just begun was taken away—along with a world full of dreams, laughter, and hope.
Looking at this picture of my own son when he was two years old, my heart breaks at the thought of how fragile life is and how cruel the world can sometimes be. My deepest sympathy and thoughts go out to the family who must endure unimaginable pain. No parent should ever have to experience such a loss.
The grief and horror I feel are beyond words. May this innocent child never be forgotten. ️
