Broken windows on part of the old Coleman Factory building on the southeast corner of Second and St. Francis in Wichita, Kansas. Built in 1926 and was retired in 1990. It is scheduled to be torn down in 2011 for a parking lot.

My favorite photo op. I have been driving by this house on a daily basis and have taken pics of the curtain as it decays over a period of 4 years now. Pretty soon there will only be threads and maybe a bit of lace. At one point I was tempted to bring my lopping shears to cut the branches out of that tree so it wouldn't be in the way and mess the curtain up worse, but I figured that wouldn't be the natural course of its decay so I left it alone.
I took this pic early in the morning to catch the sunlight on the curtains. Usually, the sun is behind the building and I've only caught it in shade. I like the way I captured the play of shadows from the branches and the textures of the stucco on the right hand side.
