This would be a great album cover for an Emo band. Chipped paint means momma didn't love you.
But that doggy in the window, he's not for sale. He might be emotional, but he's not emo. Instead of crying and losing weight and spending lots of money on used clothing and used vinyls he skateboards and punches things. But then he broke the hell out his leg on a 14 foot mini ramp, might as well just stepped into a gravel smasher.

Yesterday at dusk the poster kids told me someone had broken the windows. I couldn't see from the sidewalk and went back today to check. Shurnuff. In the door only one layer of glazing had been smashed but the other veranda window had both the storm and the interior window broken.
I don't know how to get in touch with Linelle. And I am not going to call the police because I fear they would turn it around and say I did it. As we all know they are far more interested in closing their cases than catching the right people.
The truth is that the insurance company has made its premiums from Linelle and will not honour their contract. Oh there is probably some fine print there they can use in a court.

Fix the broken windows. Fix the crime. Is this theory palpable?
Broken Windows Theory: petty crimes and low-level anti-social behavior will be deterred, and that major crime will, as a result, be prevented. Criticism of the theory has tended to focus only on the latter claim.
