I noticed during the snowstorms that one of the plastic windows at the top of my red bird feeder had fallen out and this little wren was taking full advantage. While the rest of his feathered friends sat outside in the inclement weather, he would sit on the inside, snacking away in complete comfort!
An upward looking shot of the second floor windows of one of the buildings in Randolph County. This is where we parked. I like the reflection of the clouds in the windows.

I like to finish things if I start them, thats me. There have been times I havent wanted to shoot but did. Then for the last few weeks, I had workmen in my house lots of the time (I dont live here!) and my exhibition to organise, and on top of that a certain wedding to photograph too... so thats how I find myself in a mess I didn't want to be in. Not wanting to end and not actually knowing if this is the end.
The day in question - lets call it day 363 for a moment..I stood in this doorway at the farmhouse where the wedding was to later take place, deciding it was a great location and taking some test shots. Not everyone's cup of tea, but pretty bricks and perhaps the old and run down contrast against the brand new beginning of a life together.
So here is day 363, but on checking back through this set and seeing some gaps, which is either phtoos I havent added to the set or missed, I see Im in a right old mess.
Still my intentions and desire to capture with my camera are not any the weaker!
For months, acts of violence specifically rock throwing off of a crossover bridge on IH 35 in Austin, Texas plagued drivers as windows were destroyed and wrecks caused as most were on their way to work. Perpetrators were recently caught.
New version of an old shot.... TtV of a Kodak Duaflex II, enhanced with extra lens flare and some noise reduction to clean things up a bit. HSS!

Istanbul, June 8th 2016, the day after a car bomb took the lives of 11 people and left many shopkeepers recovering from the blast. It so happened I was staying in a hotel in the same street.

For the second time in two years, I hit the same garage window with a rock from the lawnmower. The second time, however, with a photography class under my belt, it suddenly dawned on me: "Wait a minute! There's a shot here!"
Actually used for a class once pre-Flickr days.
