The Wild Swans At Coole
THE trees are in their autumn beauty,
The woodland paths are dry,
Under the October twilight the water

We've been driving by this cleaners for years and never noticed this sign before, maybe because it hadn't been lit at night in so long.
I liked the retro-style but UV exposure and who knows what else took its toll over the years. The top is broken open and rain water collected in it.
This happy little sign is now history as it got taken down. An electrical disaster just waiting to happen I suppose.

Yes, my wonderful 105mm is broken, rattles inside and won't focus. She is off tomorrow to Nikon for repair. I found this subject difficult to do because of all the personal info on the page. Finally found away to hide it with aperture blur.
The 2017 Challenge is about story telling and I thought this was a story every photographer can relate too.
I added a film grain in Nik Fitlers.

I bought 5 wooden giraffes from an old man few years back in Nairobi.
Unfortunately, a few of them got broken maybe during the trip and my nephew... :(
Although they are broken and I've not done a very good job to glue them back, I still love them very much!

This is a derelict building beside the Wolverhampton canal. It caught my eye because of the silver chimney stack that appears to be in pristine condition.
