Not sure why but Nova has a cone head. The vet seemed to think it is okay. She is 18 weeks and 60 lbs. She was the runt of her litter.
Spring is here, although you wouldn't know it by our weather here in Southeastern Michigan. There is still snow on the ground and it is COLD :)

This sweet girl was hunting a very evasive squirrel (seen here)
So I am out just shooting away because my dogs were having a great time in the sun...I dropped my D80 to about waist level and just clicked blindly. The shot that came out is priceless...
Is it the best staged/composed shot? Not really...but I really like it and that is all that really matters anyway.
One of Archie's favorite pastimes is rolling around in grass. Here are a few of his most recent bouts of rolling insanity.

I found some old photographs of Molly as a baby, I cannot believe this is almost 13 yeares ago. She is so small. I think what is worse though is the furniture.
My wonderful rescue Simon on an early morning walk. I stepped into the store to grab a drink while he waited outside. I took the opportunity of having him at a distance to snap a photo. As handsome as ever:)
He has a major affinity for plant/tree life. I catch him all the time biting the heads off of my mom's flowers.
She wasn't grumpy really
she was rather enjoying having water sprayed on her, cooling her off in the "summer heat" (of course that doesn't exist in Scotland)
Meet Zimo (aka Winston). He will be the new addition to our family starting next week. We rescued him from TN. He will be making the long trip to the North East next week and we pick him up a week from tomorrow. He is a 3 month old lab mix. We are in love and can't wait to meet him. His given name is Winston but the kids made up Zimo and so it will be.
These pictures were taken by the shelter in TN where he is now.
