The sea turns brown after storms. This was the exact colour of the water that day.

A seemingly nice pattern in the shores of Qingdao, Shandong. I think they are water breaker rocks of some sort.

At the City watching some guys Breakin'

Large waves crash on shore on the Atlantic coast of New Jersey in advance of Hurricane Earl, which is expected to brush by well out to sea.

The Breakers was built by Cornelius Vanderbilt II between 1893 and 1895. The structure is a 70 room, 5 level mansion and is 125,339 square feet. It was modeled after the Italian Renaissance palazzos found in Turin and Genoa. It was purchased by The Preservation Society of Newport County in 1972 for $365,000.

The remains of what I believe to be wooden wave breakers at Burnham on Sea. Stood in the wet sand with the harsh sunlight overhead. Time seaming ticking slowly by with each tide.

This is a close up of the Breakers Tower section of the Hotel Breakers at Cedar Point. Breakers Tower opened up in 1999.
