3 mins "Ice breaker" bloom up the brainstorming!!! Over 50 people from both local and expat guests attended, they are professionals, owners, recruiters from business, creative industries & culture institution.

Speedy Ice Breaker" : upon arrival, participants pick a card (black or red). Attendees are divided in 2 groups: Red & Black, each group divides into heart vs diamond, club vs spades etc. “Opponents” take place across each other for 3-minute talks about broad topics that we bring up (which are guaranteed to be topical and entertaining). Every 3 minutes, partners change until all participants of both sides have met each other.
The Old St. Nicholas coal Breaker, located just outside of Mahanoy City, was constructed in 1930 it was the largest coal breaker in the world.
Another grim day outside, who said it's spring? So I've taken to messing about with HDR again, hopefully this works.

A one-man ice breaker works the tidal river that makes up the mouth of Rock Harbor in orleans. Ice flows from earlier this month had caked up along the shores of Cape Cod Bay, pushed in by strong North-East winds.

The sun was just going down behind me and the light was fading fast. I only managed to get a few shots before it was gone. The breaker was pointing out towards a ship on the horizon, drawing my eye towards it. The sunlight was just catching the wood. Amazingly the birds to the right didn't move for the whole exposure!
This was a 30 second exposure, giving the water that glassy look. It was then converted to grey scale in RAW and the levels were adjusted.
