The Breakers Hotel opened January 16/1896 first time ,by Henry Flagler . Burned down 1925 . The replacement modeled after the Villa Medici in Rome . It is on the USA National Register of Historic places . ( from Wikipedia ) I drove to the entry door ,but they did no let me go inside . To the right ,there is a church where Trump presidend married last time ,and visit there on and off

My first attempt at long exposure during the day, I found it really difficult. I must have taken 100 photos at all different settings these are the best two shots.

I am very happy with the outcome of this image. It was taken at a very long focal length compared to my preferred focal length.

Post-processing included a strong chroma non-local denoise and no denoising of luminance, which gives it a distinctive grain without the distracting colour noise. The blue overtone was not added post-processing it was in the image to begin with.

Breaker from GI Joe. This was actually the first Joe figure I ever owned. I thought his head gear and backpack were the coolest things ever.

Zappos Bay to Breakers Race San Francisco

I took this shot on the Eastern Walkway, from the bluff above the Breaker Bay Road.

I swam out to 'Butterfish Rock' and back this morning. Took a photo of the tall kelp on the way back to the beach. The water in Breaker Bay was calm, cool, and reasonably clear, with underwater visibility between four and five metres. Catspaws rippled the sea surface.

I can't play a lick, but I can try and shoot it. A photog should TRY and do their best inside, outside, and in all conditions. Had some downtime during the filming of a great new web-series yesterday. When it comes out, you might catch me in there as an extra. Might not. Either way, film debut. LOL

The Breakers was constructed by the Vanderbilts in 1893 and was designed by Richard Morris Hunt. It is on the National Register #71000019, in the National Register Bellevue Avenue Historic District #72000023, and also a National Historic Landmark.
