I had the pleasure of running into Danny (better known as Yy of the mighty Break Bread crew) and his daughter Aiyanna a couple of weeks ago as they were heading home after a Jazz Winnipeg Festival performance. We live somewhat close, so I joined them. I hadn't seen Aiyanna since the filming of John Smith's "The Kinship of the Down and Out" video, so It was neat to see how much she's grown.
