This old tree in Battersea Park, looks like it wants to explore the other side of the lake?
Its old gnarled branches reach out accros the surface of the water, as if to reach the other side?

Last of the snow-shots from the winter 2011-2012. I like how the snow isn't actually ON the branches, rather UNDER them!
Every once in a while, as I'm out making pictures, something will catch my eye and I get excited about a particular image and become impatient to download it and see what I got. This was one of those images. I'm not consciously aware of what it says as it speaks to me from an unconscious layer and when I did approach it, I was (and am) most pleased with the result. It's one of those images I think about now and then through the day.
Not sure what I was looking to take a photograph of today but when I reviewed my pictures I rather liked this one as it matched my mood.
Seen from halfway up the Gaisberg above Salzburg on December 10th, 2017. The Untersberg can be seen in the distance.

As always I extend my sincere appreciation to all those who take the time to stop by and comment on my photos.
