This photo was taken of some branches in front of a brick building. The brick added to the deep mahgony red color in the background, which I really liked :).

At Easter it is tradition in many Dutch houses to decorate branches

-preferably those of the corkscrew hazel.

Originally only hand painted easter eggs were used, but nowadays more easter related items are seen hanging around.

An adaptation of my original photograph of an American Sycamore branch with natural seed balls.

The seeds of this tree are packed tightly together inside the fruit and are called "achenes." Achenes are dry, hairy fruits.

Somehow, my white balance changed while out shooting. Once I noticed, I changed it back, but I found I liked this one. It looked like it was moonlit.

Mud Lake's version of the Lone Tree (with Osprey).

Branch of hybrid rose in the wind

Branches laden with snow on Peachfield Common, after the recent snow storm.

This old tree in Battersea Park, looks like it wants to explore the other side of the lake?

Its old gnarled branches reach out accros the surface of the water, as if to reach the other side?
