34th Blackwood Marathon Relay Event, held this year on the 27th of October between the towns of Boyup Brook & Bridgetown. Relay involves 5 individual or team legs consisting of running, canoeing, swimming, equestrian and cycling.

We're getting pretty good at doing Anastasia's hair-- especially Holly. And I do take some photos of that, too. But the way her hair looks when we let it loose from braids is kind of hard to resist, especially with expressions like this.

I tried braiding Lea's hair a couple different ways while I was there.

Braided lines

For no apparent reason I braided Breanna's hair in six little braids instead of the usual two braids. It looks so cute that we've kept them in ever since. I'm just glad she likes them too since she's usually against doing much of anything with her hair.

Jen braided Lexi's and my hair for the day. I wish I knew how to do this myself.
