Day 10 : We crossed the border at Gretna Green this morning and are now in Glasgow after a long 82 mile ride up from Carlisle.
We also reached the 1000km point on our journey!

We arrived too late to see the changing of the guard at the India-Pakistan border because we were stuck in traffic. They let us in to take pics anyway.

The border crossing marker - The Tugun Bypass tunnel traverses Queensland and NSW. This iconic artwork denotes the transition from state to state. The structure was placed in the median strip providing a great visual experience for motorists travelling in both directions and at 20m high, is visible for some time on approach. The slender base of the structure allows for future widening of the Tugun Bypass to 6 lanes, while the top of the structure is on the actual line of the border.
Somehow they recognize other Border Collies, and form a team immediately. However, when there's only one ball in play, competition is fierce (and fun to watch!)..
