Forrest likes to help when the kids are in the bath. Often, we find him perched on the step stools, watching the kids splash and play.
Here he was just making sure they were washing behind their ears.

ITV Border's Sandy McCracken arrived at the cottage with cameraman Paul yesterday to film a short piece for the ITV programme "Border Life". The sun shone brightly and the Cruck Cottage looked fantastic following the recent repairs carried out to the thatched roof and having been freshly lime washed by our army of community volunteers.
Once again local residents came along to help us make this another "special" occasion, becoming the audience for the day. Interviews were given by Michael, Willie and Bill Lawson providing an insight into the Cruck Cottages past, present and future - they were excellent.
Our thanks to all those who once again gave their time to help us - it is, as always, greatly appreciated!

Dachau KZ camp borders. The prisoner enclosure at the camp was heavily guarded to ensure that no prisoners escaped. A 3-metre-wide (10 ft) served as no-man's land, which if a prisoner entered they would be met with gunfire. A four-foot-deep and eight-foot-broad creek, connected with a local river lay on the west side between the no-man's land and the electrically charged, barbed wire fence which surrounded the entire prisoner camp.
The border into Peru from Ecuador at La Balsa is so quiet that coffee beans dry on the bridge separating them. Only 3 people crossed the day I arrived, myself and 2 other cyclists
The Canada US stations border on Hill and Wellesley islands respectively. They're separated by the shortest international bridge in the world.
What the heck Belarus have to offer I don't know - but on the Polish side the border patrol aure wouldn't let us closer to the border

Final resting place for the remaining cds, as liquidators moved them up from the back corner of the store to the former magazine racks which were near the front door. This made title searching quite tedious.
The cheif of the Tajikistan border police was sitting in this van. I wasn't supposed to take his picture, but I misinterpreted the sign language instructions of his subordinate. I thought he was *encouraging* me to take a picture. Afterwards the Cheif ran up to me and showed me his badge and acted mad, but I just gave him a thumbs up symbol and he calmed down.
Notice the German Shepard chilling under the van.
