Guy Bawkes is an unassuming Orpington chicken, looking to avenge the mistreatment of his people with a hardsuit of his own designs. UVC ray-extraction cells located around the outer shell charge up the cannon. Other arm has dual grips for superior dexterity. Canopy is equipped with thermal and night-vision filters. No flight capabilities (a concept out of reach for chickens, it seems), but thrusters located near the heels allow the suit to "sprint."
Since it has gotten colder outside, I don't get out and ride the Boosted Board as much. Turns out the cold weather and wind affects the already limited range of these boards...disappointing because I can no longer make my short commute to work on a full battery. It was just over 50 degrees today and I had plenty of time to waste so I decided to take it for a spin. Not a bad ride, I just want the winter to fly b so I can get back out and shred the DC streets on the regular again.

Sure, jammers get the glory and are in most of the photos, but they earn it. Eve Ann Hellical of the Rose City Rollers' Axles of Annihilation (Portland, OR) gets ejected to the outside of turn one by Vice'd from Coffee City (Seattle, WA). This was in bout three on the first day of the Cosmo Chaos tournament hosted by California Derby Galaxy as part of WFTDA's Back on Track series.

I took the photo of Amir on Thursday in the studio and the pictures of dollar bills with my IPhone at my office. This photo is meant to represent the human trait of greed. I edited the photo by moving layers around and blurring the photos. I wasn't sure how the dollar over the mouth would work out, but the money over the mouth sends a powerful message.
This photo fits into my concentration of surreal portraiture because the photo represents the human trait of greed which fits into my concentration. Edited black and white with a boosted clarity to make it fit stylistically. The dollars are the surrealistic editing.
"...few weeks ago my girlfriend left me-after six years-without a real explanation...it was devastating...I didn´t sleep and eat the first two days...but after few days I got an energy boost and start to change my life...I stopped watching tv and playing playstation...I started meditating almost every day...I am so grateful for my family and friends to hold my back...the only thing I can`t still handle is when I see photos from the past...I was so sure about marrying this girl..."

Bobby Ho's Lexus IS300, Houston, TX, 2011
It's been a little over 2 yrs since I've taken this shot. I wasn't happy with this set which is one of the reasons why I haven't been motivated to edit the set... My apologies to Bobby for taking so long on these photos.
I had a used turbocharger sitting around that I wanted to shoot for awhile now.
I was inspired by ESARI's image and decided to do something similar

Strobist: I wanted to backlight the impeller, but there wasn't enough light coming through the tight space, so i used a very concentrated snoot (paper towel roll) on an orange gelled sb-800 at 1/4 power, and from behind in a medium softbox was a blue gelled sb-800 on ttl -1ev. Triggered via su-800 and radio poppers.
