Oops. This photo probably needs some description. As many of you know we have a feral cat colony in our yard that we feed and give water to. After we moved into the house we started noticing cats... and kittens. Sick kittens for the most part. We proceeded to trap, neuter or spay, and return the cats because we were saddened by all the sick feral kittens (four of which we adopted ourselves!). These are the remains of a kitten that died unbeknownst to us right under our bedroom window. One day we had our nieces and nephew over and my niece was outside looking for kittens or cats. She came inside and said that she had found a dead bird. I came and checked it out. It happened to be all flattened out and eaten, except that the kitty pelt was still in the same position as the kitty had probably died in. It was so sad. I knew exactly which cat it was. It was Jack's sister (Griselda's daughter). She had beautiful long gray and white fur. We thought she had moved out of the colony because we had heard that that often happens. this is all that is left of her outside. Inside we have one or two jaw bones including baby teeth and a pelvis or coccyx bone.
bone is petware concept that revolves around the idea of dividing a dog feeder in two locking halves for transport...
Workmen were loading bags of ice salt into this big truck. Evidently they gave no thought to weight limits-they broke the trailer rig in half from the weight. They were apparently unfamiliar with the phrase "structural overload".
A bone bead I found in the backdirt during trenching at 41KM226, the Little Paint site, Kimble County, Texas. I'll definitely fix this photo up and re-up it.
