A nice skeleton that we found in a Kiehl's since 1851 store in Valencia, anatomically correct replica of a human skeleton, although it is not made with real bones.

Hand carved whale bone sperm whale from French Polynesia for the Smile on Saturday challenge: White.
Though the craftsperson who carved this did not say it was supposed to be a representation of Moby Dick the factious white sperm whale and the main antagonist in Herman Melville's 1851 novel "Moby-Dick," I have named this carving "Moby Dick" and he resides in an honored place in my "cabinet of curiosities." Melville based the character on a real-life albino sperm whale named Mocha Dick. Mocha Dick lived in the southeastern Pacific Ocean in the early 19th century, usually encountered in the waters near Mocha Island, off the central coast of Chile. American explorer and author J. N. Reynolds published an account of the whale in "Mocha Dick, or The White Whale of the Pacific," printed in The Knickerbocker in 1839.
Bare trees reveal intricate patterns and detail on one of the little islands in Princess Point in Hamilton's Royal Botanical Gardens.
It's a bit cloudier today so hopefully it'll slow the butterflies down a bit, I'll be heading off now and see what's about. It's great to see so many people coming here from all over the UK. This is Bedruthan steps in Cornwall, a wonderful beach. Bone machine is by Pixies.

Was wondering how I could get the skeleton figure to appear to be in the ground when I noticed our chopping board on the drainer which just so happens to have a perfect size hole in it!
All set up and lit in-situ just a few colour tweaks.
Sally and I have seen the many episodes of Bones so many times that the characters feel like family. :D

Just north of Mendocino on the CA coast a whale washed up on shore (expired ) and the Noyo Center For Marine Science preserved the bones for a display.
