Something new and different.

Spring Cleaning Time!! I'm gonna be going through my contact list and deleting people. It's pretty annoying having people on there who I never talk to so it's good-bye time! Not to mention my taste in photography has changed so I'll be deleting people who don't really have pictures that speak to me.

Sorry if you get deleted, it's nothing against you. I just want to keep my contact list short and simple. I honestly have no idea how some people juggle 1k + contacts. I tip my hats to ya...

refused to get out of bed.

and just realized at this very moment that this could be a photo for the orange challenge in the shooting up group.

Fujifilm! Hmm, great little camera, first time in my hands. The camera received is smaller and lighter than I expected, which is also great. You never know, maybe one day I'll own one like this too. I was photographed by a friend with my Sony A7 camera and Nikkor 85mm f2 Ai-S lens.

I have been trying to capture some Holiday shots for over a week and somehow shooting indoors precluded me from joining all my Flickr pals who are having so much fun with their Christmas shots. Learning about night time photography and lighting has been especially challenging....any tips are appreciated...I'm an outdoor photographer, to say the least! I did use a tripod for the indoor/nightime shots but wondering if there are any good lights out there that are not like flash bulbs that wash out the shadows...?
