Leaving work tonight I was mesmerized by all of the bouncing blue lights created by an ambulance parked at the end of the pasaz. Out of habit I took my phone out to take a quick shot forgetting that I had my Nikon around my neck. As I took the picture I remembered my Nikon and took this one as well...... much better this one is. ...silly tired me. :)

This is a view of Seattle from the Amgen pedestrian bridge. I am looking south. The space needle is the tallest light with a little bit of red on top. The Seattle PI's globe and the Seattle Big Wheel are the purple and red on the far right. Got it?

It was absolutely worth the walk through all the stinging nettles ;-)

I had a walk by the river a few evenings passed. It was one of those summer nights with that soft calm air. The reflected light from the buildings and water gave that cosy atmosphere, and making me awe inspired to use my 50 mm prime lens.

Week 51 in 52 Weeks for Dogs. Tasku with the Christmas tree lights. I used off camera flash through a small softbox to light Tasku, and unfortunately it has caught her eyes. Partly I think it's because she has 'old dog' eyes but I do remember having the same problem to a lesser degree when I did the same shot many years ago.
