On a quiet and cold winter day at Buda, Illinois, a westbound Burlington Northern coal train whisks through the small town on a snowy February 17, 1990. Powering the empty train is EMD SD40-2 No. 7208 and two GE C30-7s.

Como ando muy mal de tiempo no me queda mas remedio que tirar de archivo para recuperar una Fotografia que en su dia le revele en bn sin mucho exito pues no tenia los medios tecnicos de los que dispongo ahora ni por supuesto la experiencia.
El titulo ys entendereis que es un pequeño homenaje postumo al amigo Felix..un tio grande que nos enseño la belleza de la naturaleza y nos enseño tambien a amarla y respetarla..va por ti Maestro.

Early days of the Burlington Northern. The U33C was one of the last group of GE's arriving on the Northern Pacific.

ENCUENTRO IMAGINARIO
En el barrio de Bouzas y en la plaza que lleva el mismo nombre que este grupo escultórico se haya esta obra de Manuel García Vázquez (Buciños), que representa el imaginario encuentro de cuatro afamados escritores: Otero Pedrayo, Valle Inclán, Saramago y Alvaro Cunqueiro.
El grupo escultórico está realizado en bronce y a tamaño real y fue inaugurado en Mayo del año 2003. La mayor parte de su obra la ha realizado en Ourense su tierra natal, pero tiene grandes esculturas por toda la geografía gallega.

When passenger trains just had to get through despite derailments and weather.
Train #8,The Empire Builder, is rerouting due to a Hi Line freight derailment. After servicing, the train is backing to the junction for a trip to Great Falls and Havre to continue east.
