I wonder if I jinxed myself trying to set up a precarious shot and dropping all the ingredients. Cause then I forgot to halve the liquid when making a half-batch of cupcakes = FAIL.

Ingredients: organic all purpose flour, bread flour, whole wheat flour, organic oat bran, oats, organic black sesame, organic honey, natural leavan, water
Relatively light finish, although the black sesame ice cream from Koyoi was more intensely flavoured.
