Well we all need a tea break don't we?

But while we're here, let's do some bite sized Domestic Science: How to make a good cup of tea?

All you need girls is the tea nicely brewed in a tea pot, the milk in the cup first, just a small amount and the tea poured in from a reasonable height. Strictly no sugar, sugar is bad for you and will make your tea taste like sweetened hot water. And there you have it, a nice cup of tea Annabel style.

This is in colour, honest ... I haven't converted it to B&W.
