This guy was pretty bad-ass. Too bad he was distracted by my pre-flash...I've still never owned a camera with a flash like this. It really comes in handy when trying to get peoples attention JUST before taking the photo, but a lot of reactions tend to look angry, lol. He was all smiles other than at this moment...
My poor 3 1/2 year old Nephew Andy was the victim of a biting 1 1/2-2 year old at Old Wives Tales last night. Its not my favorite restaurant, but after a couple hours in the car coming home from the beach, I knew Andy wasn't going to sit still at any restaurant, and I remembered there was a playroom. It was working well until this little blondie boy kept attacking Andy. Twice the little boy stole a bookmark out of Andy's hand that I had given him, then I saw the boy hit him, and then the boy eneded up biting Andy three times. The world of children is an interesting one. Every two minutes parents had to rush into the playroom to find out who was crying and why. The little biting child should have been pulled out of the room earlier, but Andy learned afterawhile to avoid him (kind of like kittycats avoid Andy after he chases them) and the next time he saw the boy he ran back out and we had to ask the mom to have the biting boy stay out so Andy could play in peace. Fam leaves today at 11 am.

Suzy likes to take pictures of the red pony and he loves to bite. He tried to bite me just minutes before this picture. We found out yesterday that the owner has now moved the two other horses home and the red pony (a yearling) is now left alone in this pasture. We feel sorry for him because he must be lonesome, we think this is payback for his nasty habit.
The line in the corner is distracting, and i think I ruined my white box shooting this. Its theater blood. and it stains.
I got the idea for this series today while I was thinking about how stressful things were and What I needed to do about it. After much thought I decided I needed to just man up and do it. Thats where this concept came from. I know its poorly executed but it gets my point across.

The smaller horse did not warm up to strangers, he would try and bite if you got to close also he would give a quick kick.

I ran out for a bite to eat and was taken by the weather. My camera happened to be in the car so I stopped by Hawrelak park in Edmonton to take some pictures. I most got pictures of the birds as the second you try and take pictures of people in a public park people think you're creepy (I did get a few though... which I'll post in the next few days). Enjoy the birds.
