I enjoyed myself so much on the first Introduction to Birds of Prey photograph that I decided to do it again. It was well worth it from my perspective so I hope that these shots reflect that. I tried to do slightly different things to last time and it helped that the barn owl was more co-operative this time with her flying.

This Red Tailed Hawk is waiting for a train on the Chicago line to flush out prey. There is no vying for prey with the Eagles.
This pair was on the the fence posts when I turned out the horses this morning. They both had their wings outstretched..... after one took off the other stayed and the one flew right over my head in a circle... when he flew off I saw the other had taken off. One had white underneath and the other brown all over.
Taken during a bird of prey experience at Cruggan Farm, Portloe, Cornwall. Storm is 9 years old and exceptional is very hungry!
