What a beautiful little creature!
I believe this is the mom of the family, keeping a watchful eye on the big ugly photographer.
This is a baby Harris Hawk, four weeks old. Cute, but packs a bit of a nip with its beak. It can't even fly yet!

You can just see the 3rd one in the trees above their heads to the left.

Black winged Kite. This long-winged raptor is predominantly grey or white with black shoulder patches, wing tips and eye stripe. The long falcon-like wings extend beyond the tail when the bird is perched. The sexes are alike in plumage. Their large forward-facing eyes placed under a bony shelf that shades them is distinctive; their velvety plumage and zygodactyl feet are characters shared with owls
