A fun shot with one of the over-exposed, badly focused images in my library. The rear airlock of LL-811. The ship's crew are exchanging supplies and crypto-packs with the Epsilon 9 station staff--they'll also pick up a relief flight crew for their next extended hyper jump to the peripheral edge of Beta-4 quadrant--there have been some suspicious and worrying emissions picked up by sensor drones--LL-811 has been dispatched to investigate...
This photo was exposed with a single high intensity halogen lamp and the illumination inside the spacecraft is simply the light that filters through the roof skylights. The halogen lamp glare simulates the intense sunlight from Epsilon 9's binary sun...

Anniversary present for Joseph. The binary translates to one of my favorite quotes from Hamlet: "This too too sallied flesh would melt, thaw, and..." then I ran out of room.
I should have planned better and fit in the entire thing: "O, that this too too sallied flesh would melt, thaw, and resolve itself into a dew."

E-fxg
Math :
Each pixel is defined by x,y (Cartesian) and/or radius r, angle alpha (Polar)
For each pixel(x,y)
z=x+yi
c= 1-i
3 times : z=z+c/z
If you consider this new z=x1+y1i, the pixel x,y takes it's new value from the vector defined by the (x1,y1).
For more math manipulated images and some explanation how the program works, have a look at my e-fxg set
