The Red Deer (Cervus elaphus) is one of the largest deer species. The Red Deer inhabits most of Europe, the Caucasus Mountains region, Asia Minor and parts of western and central Asia. It also inhabits the Atlas Mountains region between Morocco and Tunisia in northwestern Africa, being the only species of deer to inhabit Africa. Red Deer have been introduced to other areas including Australia, New Zealand and Argentina. In many parts of the world the meat (venison) from Red Deer is used as a food source. [read on]

Der Rothirsch (Cervus elaphus) ist eine Art der Echten Hirsche. Unter den Hirscharten zeichnet sich der Rothirsch durch ein besonders großes und weitverzweigtes Geweih aus. Dieses als Jagdtrophäe begehrte Geweih wird nur von männlichen Tieren entwickelt. Im mitteleuropäischen Raum ist der Rothirsch das größte freilebende Wildtier. Er kommt hier fast nur noch in Waldbiotopen vor. Ursprünglich handelt es sich beim Rothirsch jedoch um eine Tierart offener und halboffener Landschaften.
Rothirsche sind in mehreren Unterarten in Eurasien verbreitet. Lange wurden die Wapiti und die zentralasiatischen Rothirsche gemeinsam mit dem Rothirsch einer Art zugerechnet. Die im Norden Ostasiens und Nordamerika lebenden Hirsche werden heute als Wapiti als eigenständige Art geführt. [weiterlesen]

With the first two series of Tune Up's not selling very well and huge stocks appearing very cheaply at UK discount retailers you would have thought Majorette wouldn't have bothered with a third mix! They did and with predictable results, stocks are now appearing at a fraction of their original RRP at Boyes.
For just 2.69 you get a Premium tiered VW Golf GTI which although predictably is clothed in bright colours and liveries does feature an opening tailgate, working suspension and clear lense headlights. Being a Tune Up's release means it does come with all manner of plastic add ons and stickers but quite rightly i've left those in their box!

Majorette Tune Up's Series 3 recolour of their Toyota HiAce in minibus format and like everything in this mix theres a Bilstein theme running through their liveries.
The colour blue is also a running theme with this particular recolour from its wheels upwards! Wheels, glazing and body work though somehow it all still works well, especially considering its not meant to look factory stock!
Found recently at Boyes who have managed to source unsold stocks and selling them noticeably cheaper than their RRP.

Spencer and I threw on some bilsteins, H&R's and new thrust arms on my 1992 525i Touring. It was quite a pain in the ass because we had to delete the SLS (self leveling suspension) in the rear....
