Schweinfurt has a collection of pig statues all around town. This is the one in front of the McDonald's downtown. I'm aiming to get a photo of every pig in the town.
This McDonald's, in downtown Bergen, Norway, is one of the more attractive McDonald's I have seen. It fits into the architecture of this very lovely city.

Can someone in McDonalds' Swedish marketing department explain this one to me? To a Yank like me it's really bizarre, as McD's is pretty far from Mexican food (as is Scandinavian Mexican food).

And remember Gen. George Rogers Clark, the founder of Louisville, etc.? Well, because of his victories against the British in Northwest Territories (now Indiana and Illinois), the British felt the mainland location for the fort could not be adequately defended. They decided to move their fort from the original location that is now Mackinaw City to Mackinac Island... and as a result we have the island as it is today.

Da nimmt man sich vor, in Thailand nur gesunde, einheimische Kost einzunehmen, und dann wird man von einer Fast Food Kette sabotiert: ein vierfacher Big Mac! Ich konnte einfach nicht wiederstehen. Ernüchterndes Fazit: Zu trocken.

Y'en a meme pas pour 8 Euros, la frite est énorme, le Flury aussi, la salade du bigmac n'est pas noire... c'est appréciable.
