Bianchi Pista Concept and Guru Carbonio/Ti

Bianchi of some sort. Looks like a touring bike from the 80s.

This is my touring bike. You will see this bike at the 2011 Tour Divide race a 2800 mile race from Banff Canada to the Mexico border, following the Continental Divide. This bike is built on a Bianchi SOK frame with salsa bars, white industries hubs, Mavic 719 rims, Avid BB7 brakes, acid 2 pedals, Brooks saddle, and Drive train is Shimano SLX (Going to be upgraded soon)

the bianchi was called into commuting duty today. that doesn't happen often.

i have lots of miles planned for the weekend and wanted to make sure my new bars were ok.

 

they are!

 

and as usual, if i'm struggling for my daily riding photo, i revert to panda!

Velocity Rims, DT swiss hubs, tiagra shifters, tubular tufo tires

The drop bars have been replaced as has the quills stem. Both are Nitto pieces now.
