This building was designed in 1928 by the architect Javier Goerlich in the historicist / neo-baroque style for its promoter Asunción Bianchi. It is located where Plaza del Ayuntamiento meets Calle San Vicente. It is known as "Edificio Bianchi" or "Almacenes Rey Don Jaime", as these were the ones that occupied its ground and main floor from its construction until the end of the 1950s. The building was inaugurated in 1930.
Este edificio fue proyectado en 1928 por el arquitecto Javier Goerlich en estilo historicista / neobarroco para su promotora Asunción Bianchi. Está situado en el encuentro de la Plaza del Ayuntamiento con la calle San Vicente. Es conocido como "Edificio Bianchi" o "Almacenes Rey Don Jaime", por ser estos los que ocuparon su planta baja y principal desde su construcción hasta finales de los años 50. El edificio fue inaugurado en 1930.

Un vero e proprio piccolo canyon di tufo bianco nascosto dalle verdeggianti colline di Serrara Fontana, al quale si accede attraverso una vecchia mulattiera situata in una frazione del comune chiamata Noia. Una volta giunti a Noia, basterà chiedere agli abitanti del posto per essere facilmente indirizzati. L’ingresso al sentiero è anche segnalato da un cartello. Il percorso si sviluppa in discesa e su un terreno particolarmente scivoloso: munitevi dunque di calzature da trekking o di buone scarpe da ginnastica. Non è adatto a chi soffre di vertigini.

Σεπτέμβριος 2016. Η ποδηλατική διαδρομή στην Πεντέλη έγινε με καλοκαιρινές συνθήκες, αλλά στην κορυφή του βουνού ένα ζωηρό αεράκι 4 μποφώρ έκανε την αίσθηση της δροσιάς αισθητή.
Ωστόσο, κάτω από τα 900 μέτρα υψόμετρο οι συνθήκες ήταν άκρως καλοκαιρινές με τον αέρα πολύ διακριτικό. Λογικά ήταν και η τελευταία ανάβαση στο βουνό χωρίς αντιανεμικό μιας και ουσιαστικά το φθινόπωρο παίρνει τη σκυτάλη πλέον από το καλοκαίρι.
