I thought this would be a good candidate for drop bars.
Chainguard, bar end shifter, brown Vittoria tires
flipped the handlebars and chopped them. threw on some new brake levers and some matching handlebar tape and tadaaaa.
RH (Mitte-Mitte) = 51,5cm
ORL (Mitte - Mitte) = 54cm
Lenkstange - Sattelstütze (Mitte - Mitte, parallel zum Oberrohr) = 64,5cm
2130g Rahmen+Kette , sonst nichts, also ohne Gabel, ohne Steuerlager, ohne Tretlager...
There is my bro, Chris Hemitter, rocking out with my other musical muse heros, marc bianchi in there band Hero. Sorta like 764-Hero, but before them. Maaan, were they good to listen to, just two guitars, bass, and drums (Justin Lebowe from the band Current/ Technicolor on guitar, Eyad on drums), doing some little songs that marc wrote for himself I think. Anyway, I'd like an LP please thank you very much, all I had to subsist on those years were some boom box tapes recorded directly from their practice sessions. Every note, a romance and a mystery. That's them at The Gilman Street.
Used as daily commuter from 2005-2006. Sold to move to NYC. How 'bout those Xmas wheels! This bike set the standard for predictable handling that will be used to measure the Rambouillet. But heavy -- around 28 lbs as pictured. Sold to friend Dale. :-)
This is (I believe) a Bianchi Reparto Corse track bike form the early to mid 90's.

New CX bike. Bianchi san jose, complete with rear reflector. Right now it's bone stock, except I after alpenrose last week, I swapped out the 42 ring for a 36. It should help.
Singlespeed cyclocross world championships (SSCXWC) is coming up in a few weeks. And yes, I'm leaving the leapord print seat installed.

Three variations of Celeste Bianchis, all Italian made, all in the shop at once.
Left one just in for its annual tune-up.
Middle, an all original 'Specialissima' for a major re-build (photos of the final product later).
Right one has already been re-chromed and painted in this pic and now has Velo-Orange aluminum fenders and stainless 'Constructeur' rack (photos to come).
Bianchi Boardwalk, 1 x 7, arc bar conversion. A hybrid from about 1990, still a lugged steel frame, featuring the cromo "tube" stem and top routed cables.
