beet and zucchini brownie

We tried out a new recipe for beet salad the other night. We'd never had a savory almond butter before, but that plus the beets, shallots, and gorgonzola were a winning combination. if you look closely, you can see the sea salt and cayenne we sprinkled on at the end.
