Chutney: onions, apple, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar.
Barrow Hill Roundhouse
The last surviving railway roundhouse in the United Kingdom with an operational turntable.
Built in 1870, it was threatened with demolition in 1991 when the site was closed by British Rail. It was saved by a group of dedicated volunteers who have transformed it into a unique railway museum and events venue.

Enjoying a delicious "Pickle Dog" in Brooklyn, Iowa. It's a big slice of pickle, smeared with cream cheese, and wrapped with ham. It tastes better than it sounds. Mark was absolutely taken with it. This was one of many unique Iowa fare that we sampled including Ham Balls, Maid Rite Beefburgers, Brine-injected pork chops, walking tacos, and frito bars.
