Strobist: Bed sheet thumb tacked to the roof to wrap around me, two Qray PZ1 on 1/16 on either side of the sheet and an SB-24 on 1/4 in a shoot through umbrella camera left.

this is the downstairs - interior walls are up here as well and all the electrical and rough-in plumbing is finished on both floors. we have an indoor working toilet (yippee!) and hope to have a bathroom sink in and shower in the next 2-3 weeks.

I was surprised to see this in the Daphne Oseña Paez beddings collection.
Quite similar to Kelly Wearstler's Imperial Trellis design.
They even have designs similar to Jonathan Adler's too.

He was just about to move. He was quite comfortable beneath the third pillow but as soon as he noticed I held my camera, he had to get out and stretch & prance & pose. He's a big ham for the camera... can't figure where he got that from at all.

I thought I'd give my target bedsheet a try and do something a little out of my comfort zone. Sehra was my accomodating model again this time.
Strobist info:
SB-80 pointed back toward the previously mentioned bedsheet with a stoffen. 1/2 power.
SB-24 camera left a bit higher than our subject's face and shot through an umbrella. It was as close as it could possibly get. 1/4 power.

OOAK Vintage-style Retro bedsheet 40s housewife dress
I know this one looks like a drawing but its a photo. I put a bed sheet up against a window and it shined through the transparent sheet giving the flowers a lot of color. I made sure it was overexposed so details of the window could not be seen through the sheet.
