A modest focus stack of 18 images photographing a common house fly found dead on a window sill and posed.

January 11th is game day for the playoff between the Seattle Seahawks and the New Orleans Saints!

The last time these two teams met, exactly three years ago, "The Beast" Marshawn Lynch scored an amazing 67-yard touchdown that became known as the Beast Quake, in part because the crowd's reaction was so rawkus that seismometers registered it as a tremor. However, this does not explain why Marshawn now keeps cropping up hilariously in TV ads for a local plumbing service! Tomorrow's game may not result in another earth shaking event as this, but we'll always have the Beast Quake...

Go Hawks!

I kept my back to him and flashed a knife so as not to get assaulted by the beast. It's not a combat zone, but I can say with confidence it was self defense. We had a few choice words and then we parted company. He was on verge of being expelled since he was threatening everyone.

Beautiful on the surface but Ugly within.

Pretty conceptual these days huh? Well, I get pretty much inspired by songs and movies these days. And I so love conceptual photos anyway. This one's partly inspired by the movie, Beastly, which's quite inspired by the movie, Beauty and the Beast, which pretty much leads to one story. So, here it is. The shoot took about an hour, yesterday, and PP about 14 hours.

BTW, there's a very informative and inspiring short article I found yesterday while I was getting ideas for the title and I'd really recommend you to read that. Here.

Watch out for a few more heavy photoshopped images, and I'd really appreciate Aaron Nace to get my mind into it. :)

Probably my favorite shot of him.

The adorable Beast Girl Misaki has emerged. I had passed on this girl initially, but as I watched her still available on my dealer's website, I caved. Glad I did, coz she is so very cool and unique in my collection of Misakis.

Love the aqua-teal-turquoise hair as well as its styling. The outfit is cute, cute, cute. I don't like the oversized beanie but the rest is awesome. I put on a pair of nude stockings under the fishnets to prevent staining. Oh that purse . . . LOVE!

And yes, she continues to remind me of Billie Eilish.

Interesting situation when the Gold turned up the driver of the X80 appeared so the gaggle of passengers had a choice, interestingly it was a fairly even split, well who wouldn't want to ride an Olympian!

A Crimson Salt-flat Tiger beetle preying upon an unfortunate Two-spotted Collops beetle. I had been chasing the the beetles for less than ten minutes when this scene unfolded. Photographing tiger beetles is usually an exercise in patience and persistence, but sometimes it's better to be lucky!
