Temps around -6° c overnight...however, it’s a balmy -1° c at the moment, time to get ones shorts out!
We went to the newest exhibit of Bryn Oh's work, a marvelous collection of mythical creatures. Part of the experience is a 'gacha' where you can get random right or left parts of beasts and combine them. Of course, you take a chance (all of 75L that goes to the artist, anyway) and we ended up with 4 or 5 right sides and only 2 lefts. But, two rights can make something right, and here's ours.
Visit Mythical Beasts in Immersiva to see the new work. The opening party is this weekend.
A MAV M62 still with its original Koloma engine smokes it up as it accelerates out of Borgond, Hungary with the semaphore giving a high clear. This was such a fantastic place during the diversion and I was incredibly dumb not to come back again. Hindsight is 20/20 or other such lies you can tell yourself...

Railfirst B80 and VL353 use the Fast Line through Warragul, operating Qube's 9476 Maryvale Paper Train from the mill to Melbourne's Victoria Dock.
B80s time being leased to Qube and ownership with CFCLA may be up, as it has been rumoured that it has been sold.

Another strange letterbox, this one made out of an old car engine. It looks very much like a monster with long, scary legs. Bald Hills, Queensland.

They thought they had beaten him badly and wounded him...
but in reality, they had only awakened the beast.
An impromptu photo session as an excuse to explore my new surroundings after the house move. Also an excuse to try the new to me Canon 100-400mm mkii lens. What a beast she is! This is a naturally long exposure during a particularly fiery pink sunset. The whole river bank was lit up in spectacular fashion, and the tide had started to turn and flow back out to sea, leaving trails as it went. I gave this a filmic look using my own Lightroom preset. I liked the colour separation. Thanks for looking. I hope to explore more of this beautiful area in the coming weeks :)

The most beautiful Lamborghini I've ever seen. Two weeks ago the Superleggera was still my favorite lambo, but that changed just yesterday. What an amazing car and colour!
