Superior motive power 56311 passes Elford on 12th May 2012, working a heavily delayed 6Z56 Cardiff Tidal - Derby Chaddesden Sidings. The train recessed at Washwood Heath to allow the 56 to be re-fueled, luckily for us this meant it was nearly 180 minutes late passing Elford.
The usual beasts of Cummersdale are now sharing the limelight on a regular basis with a different kind of beast. The sound of the curlew on the wing is also now frequently interrupted with the growl of 'tractor's' through the Dale and not of the agricultural kind! The sun has just peeped above the Pennine chain on this misty late-Spring morn' as Direct Rail Services 37611 (with 37409 'Lord Hinton' on the rear) powers away from the Border City heading the 2C32 05:15 Carlisle to Barrow-in-Furness on Saturday 23 May 2015. I was happy to be located behind a hawthorn hedge with freedom to move and relocate along a track for the optimum composition without danger!

It has been quite some time since the last posted creation, however they come to know more and hope you find it to your liking.
A few months ago the images of bionicle summer sets were released and not everyone liked this concept of beasts in the sets, however, I found an interesting idea in each set, one that took my attention was the quake beast.
two ideas came as inspiration for creating the moc, the original set and head concept from "ultimate dume"

In amongst the rubble of the broken homes he created. The Beast does sit with his golden heart. Forever protecting it with his greed.
While I'm uploading a few pictures taken by other people, I thought I'd share this photo I got given a few years ago of a very purposeful looking 6x6 MAN 38.320 dumper- undoubtedly built for George Wimpey.
I'm afraid I've no idea of the location or destination although I'm guessing it was taken at the bodybuilders premises?
Inktober 2023, Day 27. The full moon is in Taurus this weekend, so I thought I would attempt a big black scary bull in honour of the moon! Decided to use this one for Inktober.
A beast from below and so on - inspired by current HF wave (don't own any of those sets though). More on my blog.
This is the first CCBS MOC that I've built in a very long time, and possibly the largest MOC I've ever made as well. Since all my Bionicle sets are built and on display, I don't really have a "MOCing parts bin" at all, so I picked the pieces from my displayed sets as I needed them, therefore if you see any dust on the pieces, now you know why. The idea for this MOC came from a leg design I thought about as I was travelling to university for an exam, which eventually ended up working so well that I decided to build the whole thing. The process took about 12 hours in total, working my way from the bottom to the top. It ended up looking a bit like a ripped version of "the Beast" from "Over the Garden Wall", so I decided to give it the same name.
