Used hand-dyed sock yarn in "Neopolitan" colorway - one hank/bal - 492 yards with yarn to spare. Added picot beaded edge instead of fringe.
A quilt with the applique from the back and front. There is machine quilting around the roses and embellished beading on the flowers and around the bias of the pic in the middle. then there is a flange added before the border.
If I manage to finish this, it'll be my first finished beading project ever, and my first finished hobby project for ages.
Got around to using some of all the beads I have around last week, started off with a simple necklace.
Smocked silk embroidered with cotton, wool and wire and accentuated with beading and treads of silver to catch the lIght. This piece is one out of a set of three which explore the delicacies of light cast by the moon.

This little person is a lapel pin and is my own original design. She has beaded legs/arms/hair and also beading on her cloth body.
The other "hobby" of mine, my Mini. It doesn't see rain too often, but when it does - this is the effect the sheer weight of polish/wax produces. Slightly OCD you might think!
