I couldn't figure out what this flag exactly was but it has the Flag of Turkey embedded. From my research I only found one link to an Ottoman flag of a jewish merchant.

See live performances by Yarina and Sidy Maiga & the Afrimanding and storytelling by Leonard Four Hawks.
