The place where "everything" is sold. From cars to vegetables... People come from other cities to Ashgabad to trade. The bazaar is set up early in the morning, they work until 11 o'clock.

تحول سبز: بازار تبریز امروز چهارشنبه، ۲۳ تیرماه را نیز در اعتصاب کامل بسر برد.

به گزارش تحول سبز، این اعتصابات که با مرکزیت بازار سرپوشیده تبریز از روز پنج شنبه هفته گذشته از برخی بازارچه های این بازار آغاز شده بود، دیروز و امروز به گسترده ترین شکل خود رسید، بطوریکه علاوه بر بازار سرپوشیده تبریز، بازارچه ها، تیمچه ها و راسته های آن کلیه مغازه های پیرامون این بازار، اصناف خیابان فردوسی، خیابان تربیت، جمهوری اسلامی،راستا بازار، میدان نماز، خیابان دارایی، میدان شهدا، خیابان ارتش شمالی ، سه راهی امین نیز کرکره های خود را پایین کشیدند.

پاساژهای فردوسی، آذربایجان، تجارت، مولانا، قطران تبریزی، صائب تبریزی، شمس تبریزی، امیرکبیر، بازار امیر، شهدا، قیام، پیام، امام خمینی، محمدی، شهریار، ۱۱۰، ایران، آسیا۱ ، آسیا۲، کیان، نقش جهان، رضوی، قاضی، نوبخت و … امروز را نیز در اعتصاب بسر بردند.

The Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world, with 61 covered streets and over 3,000 shops which attract between 250,000 and 400,000 visitors daily. The construction of the future Grand Bazaar's core started during the winter of 1455/56, shortly after the Ottoman conquest of Constantinople.

Más que un Bazar, es un conglomerado de tiendas y edificios antiguos en los cuales existen un sin fin de productos; desde instrumentos musicales, amuletos para el mal de ojo hasta joyerías.

Por cierto, solo en el Gran Bazar circulan más de 14 toneladas de oro puro en forma de diversas joyas.

Ah!...y como buenos turcos, si desean compran es OBLIGACION regatear.

Vicenza Middle School hosts its Grand Bazaar Jan. 22, transforming the whole seventh-grade wing of the school into a Middle Eastern market for the day.

After researching the background history, geography and local products of a designated country, more than 80 seventh-graders displayed their colorful, culture specific wares.

Italians students from a middle school in Malo, about 10 miles northwest of Vicenza, experienced the bazaar while visiting the VMS as part of their annual cultural exchange program.
