Cascade River State Park is one of my favorite places and i've posted lots of photos from the river, with more to come. On this morning, we wandered down to the lakeshore for a bit os sun.

Staying home, but enjoying a neighborhood walkabout.

The power of the sun .The sun rises in the freezing lake. The winter sun gives off light of grace.

The trees that endure the wind and snow, exquisitely curved.

 

Many such pine trees are dotted on the coast of the Pacific Ocean in the area where I live. Each pine tree of a unique and elegant curve is attractive.
