In "Arab Street" neighborhood of Singapore. I spent a ton of time here, and left with two bags full of goodies.
I apologize for the hideous stripes. My camera is broken and every other piece of paper kept giving the card a weird tone. This is a batik technique. You ink the edges of the card, then use clear embossing ink, with clear embossing powder. Then heat set. Ink the rest of the image up and when you are done lay the card on a piece of news print paper (NOT newspaper) and cover, use a hot iron and iron over it until all the embossing powder comes off. It's a very cool effect in real life.

As you can see, most are the same design, although being handmade, no two are identical. Near the end there are a few different patterns.
All are hemmed on all four sides, with a wooden dowel at the top and bottom for hanging.
All are approximately 27 inches wide by 34 inches tall, with the exception of the last three.
It took an hour of pairing and repairing and pairing again the 100 or so bolts of batiks at the local quilt shop, but I think have the four I need for a new project ...
